Magellan has dispatched, for the first time in Maldives, one of its ATR Maintenance instructors, left from Toulouse to be based in Malé island a few days ago.

But the next 7 weeks will not be dedicated neither relaxing nor enjoying white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Upon arrival, he has been welcomed by a very motivated, nice and competent staff, within a airline determinated in leading its goals to the highest level.

Manta Air is a brand new airline, based on Velana airport. The airline, launched in October, will start its operations with 4 seaplanes and 2 ATR72-600 (through NAC). The first ATR will be delivered during the month of November 2018. The aim is to cover the transport network between the multiple atolls.
